Shiran is a graduate of the Law School at Netanya Academic College (honors), 2016.

Shiran became licensed as an attorney in 2017.

Shiran specializes in different types of civil and commercial litigation, conducting legal proceedings, arbitration and mediation, including conducting complex legal proceedings, large-scale monetary claims with particular specialization in the area of construction and infrastructure, administrative petitions, class action claims, damages, planning and construction, intellectual property and more.

Shiran is an expert in providing ongoing labor law counsel to corporations subject to special and general collective agreements, preparing employment agreements including for managers and senior officials, conducting proceedings in labor courts including individual and collective claims, injunctions and mediation and settlement proceedings, advice throughout the process of terminating an employee’s employment, services agreements, employee unionization, privacy and sexual harassment in the workplace.

Shiran also handles class actions claims against employees and proceedings in the National Labor Court.
