Sharon is a partner and manages the firm’s Litigation and Labor Law Practice Areas.

She graduated with an LL.B (honors) from the Law School at the College of Management Academic Studies in Tel Aviv in 1997 and became licensed as an attorney in 1998. She graduated with an LL.M. from the University of Haifa, in the area of law and technology, in 2008. She is a graduate of the Israel Bar Association’s mediation course and is a certified mediator.

Sharon specializes in various types of civil and commercial litigation, conducting legal proceedings, arbitration and mediation proceedings including conducting complex legal proceedings, large-scale monetary claims with particular specialization in the area of construction and infrastructure, class action claims and more. 

Sharon is an expert in providing ongoing labor law advice to corporations subject to special and general collective agreements, preparing employment agreements including for managers and senior officials, conducting proceedings in labor courts including individual and collective claims, injunctions and conducting mediation and settlement proceedings against employers in the National Labor Court as well as providing advice throughout the process of terminating an employee’s employment, contractor agreements, employee unionization, privacy and sexual harassment in the workplace. Sharon has a special expertise in issues of global employment of employees and the different legal aspects that are involved in such employment.

Sharon has an additional expertise in advising on inheritance issues and intergenerational transfer procedures.

Sharon also manages the firm’s mediation department.
