Hagit is a partner in the commercial practice, providing legal counsel to corporations on contracts and commercial engagements, with particular expertise in construction and infrastructure, energy, tenders, and concession projects.

Hagit has been admitted to the Israeli Bar since 2005 and is also a licensed notary and certified mediator.

Hagit holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University, and a B.A. in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University.

Among other areas, Hagit advises on complex commercial contracts and engagements, including international sale transactions, with a focus on infrastructure, energy, construction, and technology.

Hagit regularly advises corporations and leading companies in these sectors and provides strategic and commercial legal counsel on a broad range of matters. Her practice includes, among other things, advising on tenders and construction and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on national infrastructure tenders, renewable and conventional energy projects combined with storage solutions (wind energy, solar energy, electric transportation), concession ventures, and more.

In addition, Hagit advises corporations on ongoing corporate and commercial matters, including asset management, lease and sale transactions, transactions for the acquisition and sale of business operations, founders agreements, and legal counsel and support on a variety of regulatory and organizational issues, including serving as the officer responsible under the Israeli Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law.
