Ariel is the managing partner, and he manages the firm’s Construction, Infrastructure, Energy and Corporate Law Practice Areas.

He was a member of the first graduating class at the Law School at the College of Management Academic Studies and became licensed as an attorney in 1995.

Ariel handles commercial contractual engagements, inter alia, and has special expertise in the areas of construction, infrastructure, energy and desalinization.

Ariel serves the ongoing activity of companies and partnerships in these areas and handles private and public construction and infrastructure projects, conventional power plants, solar energy power plants, energy storage systems, facilities for the desalinization of seawater and water treatment.

Ariel provides ongoing legal counsel on corporate matters and handles M&A transactions, sale/procurement of activity, founder agreements, joint ventures and partnerships, investment agreements, agreements for consultancy, services, franchises and licensing and more. Ariel also handles highly complex real estate transactions.
