The Firm has extensive experience in the field of labor law and it primarily represents employers, including companies that employ hundreds of employees who are subject to special and general collective employment agreements.

The Firm’s activity in this area is comprehensive and includes drafting employment agreements including for senior officials in Israel and abroad, counsel for recruiting employees and severance of employment, representation of employers in labor courts as well as before arbitrators and mediators, legal advice during negotiations for collective agreements, counseling in this field within merger and acquisition transactions as well as structural changes, relocation of employees abroad, employment through human resource companies and service contractors, preparation of legal opinions, pension and fringe benefits, delivering the clients ongoing reports and publications on various labor law issues including in sexual harassment and more.

The Firm handles numerous legal proceedings in all labor courts instances, including individual and collective claims, complex litigation cases, injunctions, managing mediation proceedings and preparing settlement arrangements.

As part of the Firm’s activity representing companies in the construction field, the Firm has longstanding expertise in issues related to the employment of foreign workers and workers from the Palestinian Authority, as well as agreements with human resource companies and services contractors.

The Firm specializes in preparing and filing complex class action claims against employers in the services field, some of which have reached the National Labor Court and the High Court of Justice.
